Gorgeously ornate sterling silver bon bon dish made by Johnson, Durban & Co Ltd, Birmingham and dated 1897. The repousse work is pure intricate delight. There is, as you can see in the images a very slight ding to the base of the dish but otherwise it is in near perfect condition with nice clear hallmarks placed neatly on part of the top design as opposed to the more common positioning on the base and underneath.
The weight of the dish is 69g and it measures 21 cm long by 10 cm wide.
