A late 18th century Liverpool blue and white porcelain teabowl and saucer in Horse Tail pattern with a line and wave border by John and Jane Pennington. The saucer is 13.5 cm diameter. 

Condition: Crazing to the glaze on bowl and saucer. Very slight discolouration to the saucer. Tea bowl: tiny nibbling around the foot rim. Saucer: a faint hairline which is visible only from underside with naked eye but can be seen from both sides when strongly lit. Two smaller hairlines to the rim
